Terms of Use

All dates are subject to availability.

Everyone who uses the building will be assigned a wedding coordinator from  the church.  The coordinator will acquaint you with the facilities, assist you in the location of items needed, oversee the proper use of the building & will be available to answer your questions.  

The wedding party is responsible for set up and clean up if they wish to receive their deposit back.  If we do the clean up there will be a fee of $100 or more depending on the size of the wedding and the amount of clean up.    If the wedding is on a Saturday, clean up must be done that day to be ready for services on Sunday.  Wedding party agrees to pay for any damage done to premises.

We have a limited number of wedding accessories available for rent.  Please ask the coordinator.

We allow other pastors of similar faith to perform weddings at Pine Grove.

If Pastor Dennis performs the wedding, we provide wedding preparation sessions at no extra charge for Bride and Groom.  We are nearly as exicted about your big day as you are and want to be of service to you! 

Church Use Rules:

1.         Alcoholic beverages may not be served or consumed on church property.  

2.       No smoking on church property.

3.       All aisles and passageways are to be kept clear of obstructions at all times for fire and safety reasons.

4.         All music played during ceremony or reception must be approved prior to wedding.  Songs with inappropriate lyrics may not be played.  Sound must be kept at a reasonable level at all times so as not to be a nuisance or disturbance to neighbors.  Wedding dances are OK.  

5.         Wedding and Music must be terminated by 10 PM.  

6.         No rice is to be thrown in the church or on the walkways.  It is a slipping hazard.  we suggest the use of bird seed.

7.       No melting wax is allowed on the floors or carpeted areas.  Floors must be protected from candle wax.

8.         Photographers or videotapers must not move around on or near the stage during the wedding as it distracts from the service.  Please inform your photographer of this!

9.         Because of our testimony in the community, we reserve the right to disapprove of any person or group deemed inappropriate. Anyone who breaks the rules or disturbs the peace will be asked to leave the premises immediately which may result in immediate termination of wedding.
